Hero Call is made by Hero Call LLC, a limited liability company in Austin, Texas. That much is real and won't change.

What the full terms will cover
Placeholder. The published terms will cover your account, acceptable use, subscriptions and billing, cancellation and refunds, the licence you have to use the app, our liability, and how disputes are handled.
Two things are already decided and will be in them: your data is exportable free on every tier, including after you cancel, and nothing you recorded is deleted if you stop paying.
The waitlist, in the meantime
Giving us your email address puts you on a list to be emailed about Hero Call. It doesn't commit you to anything and it doesn't cost anything. What we do with the address is described on the privacy page, and that part is not a placeholder.
